This new play by Australian playwright Derran Moss-Dalmau is a contemporary farce where six tenants are willing to go to any length to sign a rent stabilized two bedroom apartment in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. With much humor and physical comedy, this piece portrays the real estate desperation and internal politics of Co-op buildings in NYC.

Esta obra del dramaturgo australiano Derran Moss-Dalmau es una farsa contemporánea en la que seis inquilinos están dispuestos a hacer lo que sea para vivir en un departamento rent stabilized en Nueva York. Con humor y comedia física, esta obra nos abre los ojos a la desesperación por alquileres y las políticas internas de edificios Co-op de Nueva York.
